20 Mar 2009: Accommodation in Bologna for the days of LINEAPELLE 2009

As a semi-annual event, there are two editions of LINEAPELLE 2009: spring - from 15th to 17th of April and autumn - 13th to 15th October. The event is dedicated to tanning, accessories, components, synthetics, textiles and models. Over 1,200 exhibitors meet up at the Bologna Trade Fair to discuss the innovations and trends of leather and leather goods.

It is very important to reserve a hotel as soon as participation in the fair is confirmed. Bologna is a popular destination with thousands of visitors monthly but it is too small to offer sufficient lodging for all attendees. The prices can go up to four or five times a month before the fair and it is hard to find anything fitting within a lower budget even if there is availablility. The early birds also will be able to choose a strategic position close to the fairgrounds or at a hotel that offers secured transportation to the venue. To make transportation easier for exhibitors and visitors, there is free shuttle service running from the main railway station to the fairgrounds. The best way to make sure accommodation is reserved at a lower rate is to make arrangements as soon as the previous edition is over. Prepaid and less flexible options can also allow for deeper discounts.
